The Institute of Nanotechnology (INT) at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) has a strong expertise in material science and microscopy techniques that is capable to detect and analyse soil plastic. The INT-KIT has access to several Scanning Electron Microscopes, high resolution Transmission Electron Microscope, multiple optical microscopes, atomic force microscopes, spectrometers and a comprehensive range of sample preparation equipment.
