Development and application of fluorescence-based techniques to quantify MiP pollution in soils
Objectives:
(1) Optimize protocols for isolation of MiPs from a range of soil matrices (in cooperation with BONN and WESS); (2) Develop fluorescence microscopy-based techniques for quantification of MiPs in soils, allowing high sample throughput; (3) Establish a baseline quantification of MiP pollution across a wide range of European soils, using fluorescence-based techniques.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement No 955334.
